In the Name of God. Amen. I Issac Miller of the Township of Ridgeberry in the County of Bradford and the State of Pennsylvania Being of declining age and weak in body but of sound mind and memory blessed be almighty God for the same do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say first I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Katherine one cow and six sheep one bed and bedding and some household furniture and two and a half tons of hay yearly, &, 2nd I give and bequeath unto my oldest son John Miller one hundred and sixty six dollars and 3rd I give unto my oldest daughter Elizabeth heirs Benjamin Woodberry and Polly Manning Taylor fifty five dollars each 4th I give unto my daughter Anna heirs Benton and Reeves Coleman eighty three dollars each and 5th to my son Robert I give one hundred and sixty six dollars and 6th I give unto my daughter Sally one hundred and sixty six dollars and 7th I give unto my daughter Polly one hundred and sixty six dollars and 8th I give unto my daughter Deborah one hundred and sixty six dollars and 9th I give unto my daughter Susannah one hundred sixty six dollars and 10th I give unto my daughter Margarett one hundred and sixty six dollars and 11th I give and bequeath to my son Issac all my real estate and my personal property go to pay my debts and funeral charges and if any left to be divided among the heirs equally and my son Issac is to pay the heirs in manner following none to be paid until one year after the death of his Mother & then after her death is to pay one hundred sixty six yearly until he shall pay all of the heirs And also my son Issac is to make a comfortable living for my beloved wife as long as she remains my widow. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my sons Robert & Issac Miller executors of this my last will and testament thereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made In testamony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of July A. D. one thousand eight hundred and forty four.

In addition to the within there is about twenty bushels of potatoes worth about twenty five cents per bushel $5. Also two hides and four calf skins at this farmer to be dressed in s * tanned $5 Also a little bit of corn in the field $1; total $11.
