The PA Dept pf Health has birth records and death records from January
1906. You will need to fill out a form for each requested record. Birth
Certificates are $4.00 and Death certificates are $3.00.

Other than that you have to hope to get lucky and find
Bible or Church records. I am attempting to compile as many as possible
on these web pages, but the success of that project is completely dependent
on the willingness of individuals who have them to type them up and send
