Commemorative Plaques & Flagholders
of Military and Organizations
as Photographed by Joyce M. Tice
Revolutionary War Veteran

There are many examples of commemorative flagholders for
Revolutionary War Soldiers. I have included some representative ones
that I have found. The star above is the only example I have found
exactly like that and it was found in New Jersey. There are also
examples provided by the Daughters of the American Revolution and
the Sons of the American Revolution that are shown on their
respective pages. They are very diverse in their format,
particularly so of the D.A.R.

This is one of the more common Revolutionary

This one is also very common and is found in a
variety of metallic colors
