Warning on Sale of Cemetery Memorabilia

The photos on this page were taken in New Brunswick, Canada. In the area of Canada I visited September 2000, flagholders are very rare, but organizational and military insignia are inscribed on the tombstone itself. Black granite is very widely used for tombstones in the New Brunswick area of Canada covered by this trip. The quality of this image is much less than I would like, but photography conditions were terrible. Both this M.D. and R.N. Insignia were inscribed on black granite tombstones. At this date, I have not seen either of these on U.S. graves.

This Registered Nurse Insignia was found in Fredericton, N.B. This Medical Doctor insignia was found in Brockway, N.B.
