Warning on Sale of Cemetery Memorabilia

The above was found in a Schoharie County Cemetery on a rainy day with lots of shading trees. So, the photo quality is very poor, and I had to artificially lighten it considerably to get it to show up at all. This is the first I have found for this organization and it is pretty badly rusted from age.  


The tombstone inscription at left combines the insignia
and the motto which is also represented on this flag,
found in two other locations. The engraving is in
Elmira NY and the flag has been found in PA and in
NY.
