First I direct that my Body be Decently Buried according to my estate and as to such other estate as I may be possessed I dispose of the same as follows as follows first that my just debts be Paid and funeral Expenses.
Secondly I give and bequeath to my son Herbert Newal Wadkins all my Real Estate and Personal Property of Which I may be possessed at my decease
Thirdly that my wife Orany Wadkins shall have a suficent support for her lifetime and be decently Buried after my decease out of my estate.
Fourthly I direct my son Herbert Newal Wadkins in one year after my decease shall pay to William Merell Wadkins one hundred and fifty dollars and I hereby apoint my son Herbert Newel Wadkins my Executor and Administrator of this my last Will and testament.

I hereby certify the above and foregoing to be a true and full copy of a will made by William Wadkins the 12th day of Aug 1885 as appears and remaining of record in my office –
