Will & Testament of Henry C. Brown Deceased.
In the name of God Amen I Henry C. Brown of Springfield Township Bradford
County and State of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of sound mind and
memory do make this my last will and testament and First devise that my
just debts be paid out of my personal property and all the remainder of
my property and estate rights and credits of whatsoever nature and whatsoever
situated.
I give and bequeath the same to my wife Charity Ann Brown so long as
she shall remain my widow and if she shall marry again or at her decease
I give and bequeath the same to my and her child or children namely to
my heir or heirs at law then living according to the intestate Laws of
the State of Pennsylvania. And I name my said wife Charity Ann and Oren
Scott as executors of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I Henry C. Brown have hereto signed my name and
affixed my seal this 10th day of September AD 1860.

The above was signed and sealed by the said testator Henry C. Brown
as and for his last will and testament he in his presence and at his request
and in the presence of each other have signed the same as witness.

Letters of testamentary upon the estate of Henry C. Brown late of Springfield
deceased granted to Charity Ann Brown and Orrin Scott they each having
been duly sworn to well and truly administer upon said estate according
to law given under the hand and official seal of the register at Towanda
the 18th day of October AD 1860.
Inventory filed November 16, 1860.
