I Philander Case of Canton Twp in the County of Bradford and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory, and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and makeing void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First, I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my executor herein after named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Second, I give and bequeathe unto my beloved wife Betsy the use of all my estate whether real personal or mixed during the term of her natural life, and I direct my executor to hold the same in trust for her. Applying the proffits of my said estate to her use as she may direct. After the decease of my beloved wife or in the event of my surviving her in either event I give and bequeathe unto the following named daughters one hundred dollars each viz. Delight now intermarried with Geo. Wing, one hundred dollars; Elizabeth P. now intermarried with Courtland Clark, one hundred dollars, Delilah now intermarried with John Haflet one hundred dollars, Hellen, now intermarried with Geo. Haflet, one hundred dollars Margrett T. now intermarried with Moses Forman one hundred dollars, Delphene now intermarried with Benj. Putman, one hundred dollars Harriett, now intermarried with Hyman Bates one hundred dollars. The residue of my said estate I direct to be divided equally between my three sons Philander Jun. Herbert H. and Franklyn, share and share alike. And I do hereby constitite and appoint my son Philander Case Jr. sole executor of this my last will and testament. In witness where of I Philander Case have to this will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this 30th day of December A. D. 1880.

Will and Testament of Seneca Kendall No. 2779
Know all men by these presents, That I Seneca Kendall of Canton, Bradford
County, State of Pennsylvania. Being of a Sound disposing mind and
memory do make and publish this my last will and testament,(after the payment
of all my lawful debts). First I give and bequeath to my son Addison
A. Kendall Two hundred and fifty dollars. Second I give and bequeath
to my Son Alfred C. Kendall, feeling in duty bound to do something more
for him in part pay for supporting his Grandfather Ephriam Kendall - when
not able to support himself, also for extra services rendered myself in
my several sicknesses (of which no account has been made) Three hundred
dollars, and to his wife, Susan the corner lot upon which they now reside.
Bounded as follows-on the south by the highway On the west by H. McClelland
- On the north and east by the lands of my own. Supposed to contain
one half acre more or less. Third I give and bequeath to Lydia McKee
Two Hundred and fifty dollars. Fourth I give and bequeath five hundred
dollars to Willis C. Kendall, The interest of which he is to receive yearly
during his minority incase he out lives me. If he should be taken
away after my decease and during his minority, then his portion is to be
divided equally between my then living Brothers and Sister or their heirs.
Fifth I give and bequeath to
my wife Laurelia E. Kendall the use of one third of my real estate
- during her lifetime or while she shall remain my widow and in addition
three hundred dollars in personal or real estate as the case maybe, and
at her death all the personal and real estate which may be left after paying
all just debts and the above name legalies shall be equally between the
then living heirs - Sixth It is my will that if at anytime within five
years after my decease if it should be thought advisable by my executor
in order to give more general satisfaction as well as for the general benefit
of all concerned he shall sell the real Estate - Either at private or public
Sale as may be lawful and right, Eighth I ordain and appoint my Son in
Law George W. McKee as Executor of this
last Will Testament in testimony where I have here Set my hand and

declare this to be my last will and testament in the presence of the
witnesses named below this thirteenth day of October 1869.

I Seneca Kendall the within named testator do hereby make and publish
this Codicil to be added to my last will and testament bearing the date
the 13th of October 1869 A.D. in Manner following to wit. Whereas
in my said Will have given and bequeath unto Son Addison Kendall the sum
of two hundred and fifty dollars I hereby declare that is my will that
my Son Addison should be paid the sum of One hundred dollars in lieu of
the two hundred and fifty mentioned in my said last will and I hereby direct
that of the one hundred and fifty dollars deducted from the
previous bequest to my Son Addison that the sum of one hundred be paid
to my Son Alfred C.. Kendall and fifty of said deduction be paid to my
daughter Lydia McKee wife of George W. McGee in addition to the bequests
given to said Alfred C. Kendall and Lydia McKee in my said last will.
In witness there of I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal at Canton this
23 day of May 1874
