Registers Office, March 10, 1909. This day was presented an instrument of writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Isaac M. Kennedy, late of Shippen Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, deceased, as follows. viz;
I Isaac M. Kennedy of the Township of Shippen, County of Tioga
and State of Pennsylvania being sound mind and memory do make, publish
and declare this to be my last will and testament to wit.
First, all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first fully
paid.
Second, I give devise and bequeath all the residue and remainder of
my estate both real and personal to my beloved wife Clara Kennedy to have
to hold to her my said wife and to her heirs and assigns forever.
Third, I nominate and appoint my said wife Clara Kennedy to be the
Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former
wills by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 23 day of November 1908.

Signed, sealed, published and declared as and for his last will and
testament by the above named testators in our presence who have at his
request and in his presence and in the the presence of each other Signed
our names as witnesses thereto this 23 day of November 1908.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Tioga County, ss: This day before me,
Ransford W. Field, Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters
of Administration in and for the county aforesaid, personally came Albert
L. Geroy of Shippen Twp. one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing
will, who being duly sworn according to law, does say that he was present
and saw and heard Isaac M. Kennedy the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce
and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will
and testament and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory
and understanding to the best of his knowledge and belief. That said deponent
signed his name as witness thereto at the request of the testator in his
presence and in the presence of Judd L. Webster.
Sworn and Subscribed before me, this 9th day of Feb. 1909. [Official

Ransford W. Field, Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters

L. Webster one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will, who
being duly sworn according to law, does say that he was present and saw
and heard Isaac M. Kennedy the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce
and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will
and testament and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory
and understanding to the best of his knowledge and belief. That said deponent
signed his name as witness thereto at the request of the testator in his
presence and in the presence of Albert L. Geroy

And now March 10, 1909, The foregoing Will is adjusted to be duly proved
as required by law and is therefore admitted to Probate and entered of
record and is decreed to be a valid Will and of force and effect as such.

Same day Letters Testamentary on the foregoing Will were granted to Clara Kennedy the Executrix named therein, she first having been duly sworn as required by law and filed an affidavit showing that said decedent died at his residence on or about Friday, January 29, 1909, at 2:30 P. M.
