Will And Testament No. 8643.

WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOEL ADAMS.
I Joel Adams of the Township of Troy, County of Bradford and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

  And first I direct my executrix herein after named to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses and the cost and expense of administering upon my estate as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. And for that end and purpose I do hereby authorize and empower my said executrix to devise lease and to farm let by lease duly executed for such term or terms of years and at such yearly rent or rents, and to such persons or persons as she may see fit, my farm in the Township of Troy, Bradford County, Pennsylvania, or any part thereof until such time as said debts and expenses are fully paid. The rent and proceeds of said land to be applied by my executrix to the payment of said indebtedness and expenses.

  Item: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed of whatsoever name or nature or wheresoever found at the time of my decease, I give devise and bequeath unto my two daughters Julia M. Adams and Fannie A. Baker, wife of Willis Baker; the said Julia M. Adams to have an undivided two thirds share or interest in and to the same, and the said Fannie A. Baker to have an undivided one third share or interest in and to the same, to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever.

  And lastly, I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Julia M. Adams, sole executrix of this my last will and testament, written on one piece of paper.
  In witness ehereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of April A.D. 1906.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Testator, as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, who at his request and in his presence and in presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnessed thereto.

Letters of Testamentary upon the Estate of Joel Adams, late of the Twp. of Troy deceased, granted to Julia M. Adams, she having first been duly sworn. Proof of the death of Joel Adams on Jan. 10, 1910 made. Given under the hand and official seal of the Register this the 17th day of Jan. A.D. 1910.    William Foyle, Register.
