Last Will & Testament of Marietta Morse (a/k/a Susan Marietta RUGGLES Richards Morse)

Know all men by these presents that I Marietta Morse widow of Solomon L Morse of Troy Township, Bradford County, State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and in good health, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time hereto be made.

As to such estate as it hath pleased God to provide me with I give, devise, and dispose thereof as follows viz:

All my clothing I give and bequeath unto my four daughters, Nettie Cole, Levantia Rundell, Ellen Simpkins and Eva Peters share and share alike to them and their heirs forever.

Item second- All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate including household goods, silver and personal property of every name and nature I give and bequeath unto my son Frank J Morse, to have and to hold the same unto him and his hers and assigns forever.

Lastly, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said son Frank J Morse to be executor of this my last will and testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this last will and testament written on one half sheet of paper, this second day of August 1893.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named testatrix Marietta Morse as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us, who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witness thereto.
