I Eunice Beardslee of the Township of Hardyston in the County of Sussex in the State of New Jersey being of sound mind do make and publish this to be my last Will and Testament by this writing. I do order and direct that all my just debts and expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.
I do will and bequeath unto my grandson William L. Beardslee in trust to the use and benefit of my son David S. Beardslee all that farm and tract of land lying in the Township of Hardyston known as the Noadiah Wade farm (being the same farm and premises that Noadiah Wade the elder devised to his son Noadiah Wade to his use and benefit during his natural life) together with all the appurtenances and belongings to be held in trust by the said William L. Beardslee for the use and benefit of my son David S. Beardslee during his natural life.
And I do also give and devise unto my said grandson William L. Beardslee all and singular that house and lot lying and being in the said Township of Hardyston and nearmy residence together with all the appurtenances and belongings, in trust to the use occupacy of my said son David S. Beardslee during his natural lifetime, and after the decease of my said son David S. Beardslee I do order and direct my Excutor surviving shall sell to the best advantage the said Noadiah Wade farm whereon my son David now lives, and the said house and lot near my residence. And the money arising from such sale I do order and direct shall be divided and paid in the manner following viz – first that one hundred dollars shall be paid to Meribah Beardslee "wife of my son David S. Beardslee" should she survive my son David S. Beardslee, and to pay to my said grand daughter Anna W. Johnson one hundred and fifty dollars in equal monthly "payments" the sum of ten dollars till all be paid should she survive her father my son David S. Beardslee. And I do order and direct that the "balance" of money arrising from such sale to be equally divided between the lawful children of my son David S. Beardslee share and share alike an to their heirs should said children die before such time as such division should be made.
I do give and bequeath unto my grand son Warren Beardslee the sum of two hundred and twenty five dollars to be collected from the amount of a certain mortgage given to me by heirs or assigns by Elias Beardslee. And I also give unto the said Warren Beardslee one good feather bed and bedding. I do give and bequeath to my grand daughter Lucy Struble wife of Jasse Struble the sum of two hundred to be collected in like manner from the said mortgage given by Elias Beardslee. I also give to the said Lucy Struble my "Whites" sewing machine now in my sitting room. I also give to my granddaughter Lucy Struble one good feather bed and bedding in full quantity.
I do order and direct that the household goods that belonged to my late son Samuel Beardslee in his lifetime shall be given to my grandson Warren Beardslee and my grand daughter Lucy Struble, to be divided by and between them as they may deem right and proper.
I do give and bequeath to my son Wade Beardslee the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars, being the balance on the certain mortgage given by Elias Beardslee and mentioned as aforesaid.
I do order and direct my executors to this my last will and testament to sell at public sale all my personal property and effects not devised in this my will, and the money arrising from such sale to be equally divided between my sons Wade Beardslee, Charles Beardslee and Marcus H. Beardslee share and share alike.
I do hereby constitute and appoint my sons Elias Beardslee and David S. Beardslee Executors of this my last will and testament whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of February in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and ninety two.

Signed sealed sealed and published by the said Eunice Beardslee to be her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses hereto.

I Eunice Beardslee of the Township of Hardyston in the County of Sussex in the State of New Jersey on this day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ninety there do make and publish this codicil to my last will and testament in manner following that is to say—In the seventh clause of my last will and testament I have ordered and directed that all my personal property and effects be sold at public sale, and the money arising from such sale to be equally divided between my sons Wade Beardslee, Charles Beardslee & Marcus H. Beardslee. I do order and direct that my son Elias Beardslee and Elmer Struble of Newark, N. J. shall share in the money arising from such sale with the others above mentioned, share and share alike.
