Will and Testament of Cynthia Johnson, Deceased
In The name of God, Amen, I Cynthia Johnson of Standing Stone in the County of Bradford, State of Pennsylvania, being sick of body but of sound mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner following. That is to say all my just debts and funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof and part thereof –
I give and bequeath to my husband, Richard Johnson, my house and lot containing about ten acres of land to have and to hold during his lifetime and Then to revert to my heirs. Also all moneys that I now have in the First National Bank of Towanda To have the interest thereof to be securely invested by my Executor herein after named and if said interest does not maintain him and my heirs Then the said executor shall for the support of him and my heirs shall pay to them out of the principal The sum not exceeding one hundred dollars per annum so long as the money and interest last. And I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint George Stevens of Towanda Boro executor of this my last will hereby revoking and making void former wills by me at any heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said testator have to ____ my last will and testament set my hand and seal this eighth day of March AD 1880.

Given under the hand and official seal of the Register at Towanda the 29th day of March AD 1880.
