    Attached is a MS Word document of the Last will and Testament of Roseanna Rosekrans nee Park.  I have the original.  Her father was David J. Park, b. November 5, 1798, d. December 21, 1871.  Her mother was Susan Eliza Park, nee Park, b. April 5, 1807, d. November 11, 1896.  Both are buried at Austin Hill Cemetery, Erin, Chemung County, NY.  Roseanna Park is buried at Scotchtown Cemetery, Erin, Chemung Co., NY. Roseanna Park was the first wife of Lyman Rosekrans, my  2nd gerat grandfather.

Roseanna Rosenkrans of the town of Erin in the county of Chemung and State of New York being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this lat will and testament in manner following that is to say:

I give and bequeath to my son Fennimore all of my real estate of every name and nature whatsoever including the real estate I now hold by deed and what shall hereafter fall to me from the remainder of my Fathers estate should there be any. Second My husband L. Rosenkrans to have possession until my son shall become of age I do hereby nominate and appoint my husband Lyman Rosenkrans to be the executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3^rd day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine

The above instrument consisting of one half sheet was at the date thereof sealed published and declared by the said Roseanna Rosenkrans as and for her last will and testament in presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto and that it was underlined at the twelfth line
