Last Will & Testament of Caleb Williams, deceased.
In the name of God Amen, I Caleb Williams of the town of Troy County
of Bradford and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory and
considering the uncertainty of this grace and transitory life do therefore
make ordain, publish and declare this my last will and testament that is
to say, just after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged the residue
of my estate real and personal, I give and bequeath and dispose as follows
to wit;
To my beloved wife Eunice all the household furniture I have left in
the state of Ohio, also our cow and one heifer, also two notes of Lien
I left with Richason Williams of the State of Ohio.
I next give and bequeath to my son Chester Williams of Troy Bradford County Pennsylvania all my rights, interests and claims unto and of a certain judgement I have and hold against Horace Smith of Rutland Tioga County Pennsylvania for the amount of four hundred and fifteen dollars, entered on the Prothonation docket of Tioga Co. and Chester shall pay to my wife Eunice or her heirs out of the above judgement when collected one hundred dollars.
I give to Chester also my mare and wagon and harnesses, he is to out
of the before named property have one hundred dollars over and above all
claims for board and any expenses I may be to him. Liken I make constitute
appoint my said son Chester Williams to executor of this my last
will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness
whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the twelve
day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty
three.

Probate received December 18, 1855.
Chester Williams Executor of 1051 Caleb Williams, died.
Letters testamentary upon the estate of Caleb Williams late of Troy,
deceased granted to Chester Williams he having just been duly sworn to
well and administer upon said estate according to law given under the hand
and official seal of the Register at Towanda the 18th day of December AD
1855, same day inventory filed.
Elihue Case & A.D. Spalding Administrators of Johnson Williams 2nd, deceased.
Letters of Administration upon the estate of Johnson Williams 2nd, late
of the Township of Troy deceased, Granted to Elihu Case and AD Spalding
they having first given bond and been duly sworn to well and truly administer
upon said estate according to law.
Given under the hand and official seal of the Register at Towanda the
25th day of December AD 1855. Same day renunciation of widow filed.
January 21, 1856, Inventory filed, also same day Liendue list filed, sale of personal property filed May 7, 1856.
