Harriett Bell was the first wife of R.S. Bell (Robert Sterling).  John H. Bell was the son of R.S. and Harriett.  Neva (Pease) Bell was the second wife of R.S.   Neva and Robert Sterling were the parents of Carlton Bell, who was my father.  So John would be half-brother to Carlton, Harriet would be unrelated.  Harriett and Robert S. were not native to PA.  I believe that Robert was born in Canada, and his father was born in Wales, UK. Neva's line goes back to the Quaker's that settled in Tioga Co.  I remember when Dad got the letter saying that the grave-sites had to be moved and how upsetting it was for him.  The original site was on a hillside, under a large shade tree, if I recall correctly.
